Sea Cay Villa
Good morning, guys! Time to do the villa search again for trip #4. This time we're bringing NEW college graduate son along! (No more tuition payments!)
I'm torn between Villa Capiz or Sea Cay. Saw a great review of Villa Capiz but nothing on Sea Cay. Sea CAy is in the Klein/Rendezvous Bay area. There will be 6 in our group-2 to a bedroom.
As always, I appreciate you help!

We stayed in Sea Cay last May with another couple. I have no complaints and the view was very good; it was simple and clean and certainly met our needs. The pool was a little small but I think that's pretty typical and it seemed to run a little cool, but no big deal. I felt it was a little unusual that none of the bedrooms could be accessed from the main living area. Even the bedroom over the kitchen/dining/livingroom could only be accessed from outside. Again, no big deal (just unusual). (I stayed in this bedroom and the view was great.) The second and third bedrooms have their own building, so it created a great sense of privacy. We felt it was a good spot. From the pictures, Villa Capiz seems to be a little newer and a little fancier. (No hot tub at Sea Cay.) Hope this helps. If you have any specific questions, let me know.

Villa Sea Cay
We stayed at Sea Cay a few months ago and found it to be a very user-friendly villa. The view is to die for and the water in the pool seemd pretty OK to us. There are 4 chaises in full sun by the pool and a nice large shaded deck with a dining table and a few extra chairs as well. The 3 bedrooms were all pretty equal and comfortable. There is strong villa gravity present at Sea Cay. We'd stay there again...
