Taxi to Red Hook

Does anyone know the price of a taxi per person from STT Airport to
Red Hook Ferry dock and the cost of the ferry to St. John?

I believe the approximate rate from the airport to Red Hook is about $11-15 per person. The ferry is $5 per person each way.
