Hubs and I would LOVE to do this! We'll be
there 02/27-03/07...looks like no trips during
that time.

Oh well we've planned a Bad Kitty day, so I guess
those boulders will have to do!!

It is soooo cold lately down
here in FL... We've been having days of
freezes/frosts! Only 3 more weeks til
warmth!!!

I can feel the daggers
coming my way
:P

Yes, you may indeed see whales. My two boys were out sailing in small boats the other day, and saw 2 adults and a baby humpback off the south side of St. Thomas!!
They are here.

That's so cool! I've only seen them in
New England off the coast of Maine & Cape Cod.

I so hope that we see some during our visit!

I know that the condo we stayed at in June on
STT was a perfect perch to catch sight of them but
not right time of year for us.

Anyway, do ya think a boat ride to VG may be in their
"path" or maybe able to sight them from the Southside
of STJ from Vistaero, which is pretty high up??
I'll be keeping the binocs very close by this visit!

Thanks for the sighting info Laura! Your sons
must have been excited to see them I bet PLUS
a bit nervous being in a small boat too

Enjoy!
