Most of mine were at the old (now torn down), Colliseum in Peninsula, OH. More recently Gund Arena in Cleveland.

Michael Stanley Band (many times). You need to live in NorthEast OH to know who MSB is... 1981-1990ish
Recently went thru my vinyl and saw an MSB album so had to go download digital versions of Midwest Midnight and My Town = 2 great songs.

RE regional bands, anybody remember The Good Rats? I think they were out of Long Island...

Yeah!!! I bet no one else here but me and you have seen this band. I saw them at the Beacon Theater in NY City.
Your list is great -
I saw Midnight Oil in Atlanta...I think it was Lakewood Ampitheater...can't find my tickets stubs....hope my wife didn't trash them...probably in the attic...she hates my Vinyl...I've got more than 600 albums stashed in the attic...can't let them go!

I saw MSB somewhere between 78-80 at the Blossom Music Center. For some bizarre reason I was just thinking about them the other day (I haven't lived in Ohio since 1981). I can hear the chant "MSB MSB"....
Small world...

Others (that I remember! There were LOTS more)

Lots more? Boyfriends, or concerts?

I have seen lots of concerts, being that I live here in Nashville. But, most of the people I have seen y'all probably don't even know. We don't really get a lot of big acts coming through town because it's hard to sell tickets to shows. Well, that and I don't really pay that much attention.

I have seen both Kenny Chesney and New Kids on the Block more times than I count. Yes, I am embarrassed by this, but that is how it is.

My best show ever was Bob Seger at the Nashville Arena/Sommet Center/whatever it's called this week. I splurged for front-row tickets, and it was like Heaven for this little girl from Detroit who couldn't ever get tickets when she was at home.

I saw Tim McGraw at the Ryman a couple of years ago for my birthday, and that was awesome.

I've seen Brad Paisley several times, and he puts on an amazing concert.

Two of the coolest concert moments for me would have to be an acoustic show that Jon Bon Jovi put on for the Gore volunteers in 2000 (I was probably four or five feet from him) and seeing Stevie Wonder play at Detroit's 300th Birthday party.

Shows that I haven't seen but have always wanted to would be U2, Buffett, Madonna and Kid Rock. I may try to get tickets to Kid's next show here, since he sells out (at least five shows) when he's in Detroit.

I almost forgot Garth Brooks -- he's something else!

I think to 2 things I missed at the time were my friends grandparents lived walking distance to the Woodstock festival and we were going to go but at the last min.he was grounded so we didn't go. Number 2 was when a friend and I decided we didn't really feel like going int NYC on new years eve so we didn't go see Hendrix's band of Gypsy's.

Rebubula wrote:Fun Topic! It is very interesting to see some of the concerts and boy am I jealous of some of them!
here goes for me, no count on them and I am sure I am missing some.

Multiples:
Phish - stopped in 1996. Many shows.
God Street Wine
Max Creek
Rat Dog
Phil and Friends
Dead from many a parking lot, never lucky enough to see.
moe. - my namesake, over 75.
Al and Transamericans
Ha Ha the Moose

Singles:
Santana
Rod Stewart
Kenny Rogers
Hi Rebubula!

I see we both have moe. on our list...I was wondering
if I'd see them on someone else's list.
Our 1st and only time was on a cruise ship about 3
years ago. They and LOTS of fans sailed with us
on the NCL-Jewel. They had pvt concerts for the
fans and we were able to hear AND see them one
afternoon on deck.
There were 2 whole decks on that ship that had
the most fragrant incense burning
Anyway, did you happen to go??

Oh and I need to add Lenny Kravitz and the Robert Randolph Family Band (thx Eric!) to my list!
