This is a great treat anytime. I get multiple requests for it at work and home. Easy too!
White Chocolate Party Mix
4 cups Cheerios
4 cups Crispix
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
10 oz. bag pretzel twists
21 oz. bag plain M&M's
2 12oz. bags Nestle white morsels
3 T. oil
In a large Tupperware bowl with a lid mix cereals, nuts, pretzels and M&M's.
Melt white morsels and oil in microwave for 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn. They will look like they're not melted, but give a stir and they will melt. Pour mixture over dry ingredients. Lightly stir to coat. Place lid on bowl and give several good shakes. Dump onto wax paper and allow to harden. Store in Tupperware bowl. People go absolutely nuts for this.
Enjoy!

It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.
Recipes girls, I need recipes!!!
Liamsaunt - May I please have the recipe for 3 of your cookies? The white wedding cookies, the bumpy cookies by the wedding cookies, and the square bar (on the right) by the wedding cookies that you can see the layers on.
Jayseadee - May I please have your baklava recipe? My friend Pam will be coming over on Tues and I would love to have made them for her, as she is the only one in our group to ever make them, and I think it would be a nice treat for her.
Thnx!!

Here is my Baklava recipe -
1 lb. margarine or butter (melted)
1 pkg. Phyllo dough (can be found in frozen section of most major supermarkets)
Note : Phyllo dough dries out very quickly. After removing each sheet, keep the remaining covered with plastic wrap and moist kitchen towel.
Filling
3 Cups chopped (fine) walnuts
1 tsp. Cinnamon
4 Tbsp sugar
Brush pan (roaster) with melted Butter
Layer _ Phyllo dough; brushing each piece with melted butter/margarine
Spoon filling over dough
Layer remainder of Phyllo; brushing each piece with melted butter/margarine.
Slice into Diamonds.
Note: prior to slicing, place in refrigerator for ~20 minutes; this will make it easier to slice.
Bake at 375; ~30 minutes until golden brown
Cool
Syrup
1.5 Cup sugar
1 Cup water
1 tsp Lemon juice
3 TB Honey
Bring to a boil; simmer 1 minute
Cool for 5 minutes
Pour over cooled Baklava (I spoon it over the sliced areas; you may not need it all)
Serve in cupcake tins.
Makes ~ 3 - 4 dozen pieces

My sister is the cookie baker in my family so I actually don't have the recipes. I suppose I could ask her for them.
Jamestown, that's a clever idea. My nephew is allergic to eggs and this looks like something that he might be able to have. It can be hard to get him treats sometimes because so many sweet things have egg in them.
