Unfortunately Anthony publicly always seems to take the side of the whiner maybe because they will buy a trinket from the website, I don't know.

No, I do what I always do - try to keep the conversation civil. When I get several complaints about something, I read through it, and usually try to let whoever it is know in the gentlest way possible what is on others minds. I can't win with everybody here and I realize that - I just wish sometimes people who have been around long enough can realize that too and imagine themselves in my shoes. And sorry but I had to delete the expletives from your post - that is in the rules.
