I know from past usage that I don't need more than 450 voice minutes. I mostly use the iPhone for email and internet. You can go onto the ATT site and change your account.

thanks, i changed to a lower plan.

I can't seem to find the way to change text messaging plan, though? I always go over the allotted 200...

Pete, do you and Marcia both have the iphone? Charlie already has an ATT phone that he has an unlimited data plan for and it's killing me to think I'd pay for another data plan. I want to share his but I don't think that's possible. any ideas?

Marcia doesn't have an iPhone. I got one so that I could keep up with email while away from the office. So, I guess I don't have any suggestions. Sorry.

Does anyone know how to listen to live radio on the iphone?

In particular, I want public radio, preferably Boston PR, but it appears that only stations that have an "app" work. Is there any way around that?

The AOL radio app has a wide variety of stations. But, I could not find Boston PR on it...only Minnesota PR...go figure.

You can use ORB to listen to any streaming radio that is available. It is a bit complicated to set up, but if the radio station you want to listen to has an on line presence(regular, XM, Sirius) then you can hear it on your iphone.

A new one for the foodies....

Chef

This app is pretty cool. You can search recipes, and when you find one you like, it will not only add it to a iphone stored cookbook, but will add all the ingredients to a shopping list on your phone, so's to avoid writing down all those pesky ingredients. It also provides checks so that you can check off all the stuff you have at home before you leave, thus avoiding buying another whole container of bay leaves, etc.

I also have to thank Bug for the lead on WinAdmin. I never got Remote Desktop working on my Treo, so I just skipped over WinAdmin. Well, I managed to obtain a copy, and let me say, I love it! I may never go back to the office!

Thanks MrB!

I left my computer at home this last trip to STJ and just used WebAdmin to check into work now and then. Sure beat lugging the computer down

XOXO

OK, I have never felt the urge to purchase an iPhone or switch to AT&T until I saw that Chef application. I hate going around the store with my grocery list. I love that!

I wonder if they will make that app for the new Google phone, because I can get that through T-mobile, and I plan to as soon as I get to the next upgrade level on my phone.

Although, AT&T did send me a letter this week asking me to switch...
