Hey Nancy_B - just a note - one of the couples going with us next trip stayed at Cruz Views their first trip to STJ and then stayed at Argonauta with us last trip but came and visited us our last two nights when we stayed at Estate Lindholm. They LOVED Estate Lindholm and have booked rooms there for part of the trip this time (before we get into the villa).

We LOVE the location too cuz it's right there by all the North Shore beaches and right there by town.

Congrats on your upcoming engagement! Which week are you planning on going? Some companies consider the week up until 12/20 to be off-season, so that may be a factor in price.

I'll second nothintolose's recommendations on Estate Lindholm, of course. It's our favorite. However, if you are looking for something a little more inexpensive, you might want to check out some of the villas/condos in frank bay. We used to stay in this neighborhood frequently, before we found Estate Lindholm. You can still walk to town, but it still feels away from it all!

Frank bay is beautiful at sunset, btw, and there aren't usually a lot of people around. My husband actually proposed to me there a few years ago...

Nothintolose, I have already looked at it and considered it for our early February trip (we have a villa rented but are tagging 4 more nites to the end of the week). It's a bit more expensive then CV but I haven't ruled it out. Thank you for the tip!
