We just stayed at Cruz Views booking thru them. We had no problem with them at all. In fact, since we were on island and switching from a villa to them last Saturday, they accommodated our needs and let us check in at 11 a.m. v. 3 p.m. (yes, I know it's because it was open but still very nice of them and allowed us to transfer our refrigerator contents no problem). They also gave us a complimentary new St. John magazine (yes, only $7 but still a nice touch).
