BTW - Does anyone have any easier ideas on how to post this document on the forum? It's a Word document that I turn into a .jpg and then upload to flicker. It's several steps and I was just curious if there was an easier way. Thanks.

Deb put it in an online calender. It should make it easier to keep track of. Here is the link. If you lose the link it is also on our blog at the bottom right.

If you click on the link on the day you are interested in it will show the people that are supposed to be there. If you want to yourself send mrscaptainjay a pm or just post it here and she will get around to it.
