Brenda, hope to see you at the soggy dollar as well! If you are going to be there most of the day, I'm sure we'll meet up at some point! Save us some barstools!
CJ- I agree with you about the tuna thing particularly if it's local and fresh!
Speaking of fish- Where do they sell it fresh at the dock?
One more question- Where is that parking space in Cruz Bay that "others" (non-forumites,)don't really know about?
Oh, good idea: Non-forumites = "the others" Anyone else love that show "Lost".

Coffee! Of course. We brought home roasted Costa Rican La Minita Tarrazu. More provisions that fit in a knapsack without refrigeration.
Cheers, RickG

I forgot to mention the crunchy fish at Miss Lucys. I love that crunchy fish. It's deep fried but I don't care...it's delicious.

Villa snacking - nicely chilled, dry white wine and whatever goodies come in our Katilady baseket. I would probably eat the mango jam spread straight from the jar if necessary.
We are taking a cooler this year so there will be lots and lots of breakfast meat from the local butchers (the boys like their breakfasts) as well as smoked cheeses, hot ring bologa from the same market.
We will also take, assuming they are ready in time, soupies, which is a regional homemade cured sausage treat. Our friends make there own and they are quite the regional delicacy.
When we eat out, Hubs and I challenge ourselves to eat only things we can't easily get at home - grilled fish sandwiches, conch fritters, etc. We have been successful two years running.
Grilled Caribbean lobster when ever I can find it!
I tend to drink lots of liquor based drinks on vacation which is something I never do at home.

Go to ZoZos and sit at the upstairs bar and order a mess of appetizers. The braised scallops are divine.
Every day snacks? PB & Banana sandwich washed down with Blackstrap rum and Vanilla Coke!
