ALL - Much thanks for nice feedback.

DD writes up trip notes each night with our input. She gets a kick out if doing that, so thanks to her because I can't remember what happened last week.

Wish I had taken notes like that on pre-kid trips, because when I pull out old slides/photos, I cant remember any details.

Hopefully will finish TR next week - pt I wore me out a bit. But in the end, its worth it. I print out text and stick it into the photo books I create with shutterfly.

Now, again, those photo books are another thing that is time consuming to do well, but they are really worth it - make great "coffee table" books.

Beats having your digital images sitting in your computer or prints sitting in a shoe box in the closet. I'll never get another 4x6 printed again. Gonna try photoworks.com or mypublisher.com this time I think. I've heard their print quality may be a bit better. Suggest you give it a shot if you haven't yet.

I did a shutterfly book of our honeymoon and then used My Publisher for our wedding book and I must say I prefered shutterfly. I felt the quality of the paper/print was better with Shutterfly. Just my 2 cents!

I scrapbook all my trips. I do the same with taking notes in a journal. It sure helps when you can't get to the most recent trip for a few months. Glad that someone else is like me.
