We got back from the big family trip last night. Since everyone else checks luggage, we do so as well. It took well over an hour to get the bags and get out of EWR last night. The baggage claim area was sheer pandemonium.

For St. John later in the year, it's carry on. We love getting off the plane and fleeing that airport. (Newark, not St. Thomas. Anyone from NJ will understand this, lol.)

Thanks to the OP for the tip about CVS. Sunblock is the one thing I can't really do without.
