You would have to be using binoculars to see the shower from other villas or passing boats. I can't be bothered to care at that point!
We did rent a 4 br villa 2 years ago in Reef Bay that had an outdoor shower exposed from the waist up to the pool! Fortunately, we were by ourselves but the pool man did show up one day.
