Wow Pia! This is so cool! yall are doing a great job! :D I can not imagine renovating on St. John esp. after doing a gut rehab here in FL. We know many of the people at Home Depot by name. We are there 3 or 4 times a day on the weekends. :roll: I can't imagine having to plan ahead enough to go in on the car ferry. Our reno took a year, I can certainly see why yours took 3! I laugh at the 1 week renos on HGTV! Even the 3 week or 3 month renos@ :lol: :lol: :lol:

I agree Capt Dan - a one week reno is just impossible (well except if you are starring on Renovation Realities and then it is just funny) :)
