There is a great new little local bar across from Island Blues. We were there in January and they were just getting started. At that time there was no sign so it just sort of looked like a little house with a lot of activity going on around it. The name is "Owen's" but like I said - no sign. The people were so, so nice and we spent several evenings there talking with locals and having $2 beers. It's a great place with great people.

LOVE Coral Bay!

Fave places to eat: Shipwreck Landing, Tourist Trap, Miss Lucy's, Vie's...

Beaches:
Salt Pond (hike to Ram Head), Little Lameshure (hike to Yawzi Point, bring your snorkel gear), Hansen

Other: Rent kayaks from Doug at Crabby's. He'll drive them over to Princess Bay for you. Take a drive out to the East End, through the roads for the Dreekets Bay development. Some great views up there. Visit Josephine's farm for fresh organic lettuce and veggies and watch for the sign "Tourist Info: You Are Lost" (love that.) (PM me or post if you want directions.)

Have fun!

Thanks so much - I am really seeing how much I do not know about the Coral Bay side - We are looking forward to exploring!

Josephine's is on our list for sure - is it pretty easy to find? I thought I read that it was on the road with Love City Market?

Sunny, yes, Josephine's is on the road that Love City is on. Just pass the market and go quite a way down and it's on your left.
My only friends are pirates..that's just who I am...

Yes, like lawmom said Josephine's is easy to find on that road. Try to get there in the a.m. We went in the afternoon and she was out of most things (lettuce, etc.) but we were able to get some green beans.

This is a great thread. We are going for our first trip this July and are staying on the Coral Bay side. We can't wait to try some of the places you have mentioned. Just 1 question, Is Josephines open everyday or does anybody know the hours? We are big salad eaters, and this sounds great!

Thanks for sharing all your knowledge to help others enjoy this beautiful place!
