Beautiful pictures Ken!
Are you a professional photographer? What kind of camera did you use?

Okay, I am going to give this a try to (never tried this before). Not sure if this is going to work, I'm on a Mac...

A professional photographer? I wish! For my real job I am an engineer, just do the photo thing for fun. Most of the pictures were taken with a Canon 10D SLR. Wonderful (if bulky and heavy) camera.
Oh, the second trip I took to St. John, my wife surprised me with a private photo session with Steve Simonsen. Anybody who has ever read Caribbean Travel & Life or who has been to St. John knows Steve's work. He is a super nice guy and a fantastic photographer. We finished our morning together with lunch at Skinny Legs, and he invited us to dinner that night with his friends (we couldn't make it). That was a day I will never forget with a fantastic person.

My daughter would like to become a professional photographer and she has a Canon SLR, I don't remember the number. I am hoping she will get great photos in STJ. I noticed that there is a photography school again the Spring. Unfortunately it ends right before we get there in June so she won't be able to participate.

Terese,
You might want to contact Steve directly. He is available for one-on-one time, and if your daughter is seriously considering this as a profession, it would be a worthy investment. Good luck either way!

Ken, I love your photos! I actually stole your Cinnamon Bay photo for a while to use as my screen saver a few years ago. You must have posted a link to your photos after your trip. Now I know who took the photo!
