Leave the country as United States and n the State column find the VI abbreviation

Yes, your country choice is the United States (not where you are, but where the shelter is)

the state choice is VI

When I search with the above and leave the "shelter name" and "city" choices blank (optional) my search results are the three shelters in the USVI... one on each of the three islands. And I choose the ACC.

Finally, by leaving the centre's name blank it worked. Shocked me all to heck after trying to no avail all darn day.

May I suggest revisiting the voting site more than once a day... maybe early morning and later at night, twelve hours or so apart. I have found it to be worthwhile.

Please PM me if you think I have finally flipped.

But you've flipped for the right reason! Do they let you vote twice in one day? When I have gone on at night (after voting n the morning)- it tells me I have already voted for that day and to come back tomorrow..... maybe you're lucky!!

I see that! It would be so easy to forget about voting after a week or so, but if we can keep this posting at the top I think that would be a good thing.
