Anyone have any thoughts on iPhone 4?

Sharing another apple customer service plus. My son used their pre-paid label to send in his laptop for a minor repair. He checked the status after a couple of weeks and noticed they had not received it. After a couple of emails and calls I was afraid that apple was going to point their finger at UPS and vice versa and no one was going to take responsibility. Instead apple credited the purchase price to my credit card and told us to replace it. We had it for over a year and a half and now my son went to college with a brand spanking new Mac laptop.

I love apple!
