Sox - with all due respect, maybe there is a self inflicted reason the leash is much shorter? Everybody knows your modus operandi, making the “why me?” stuff come off as kind of whiny.
Besides “your reputation precedes you”, another expression comes to mind: “you reap what you sow”.

Fun to see the Denver Rockies kick the socks off the Boston Red Sox last week. You're probably asking yourself, who are the "Rockies"? :wink:

Oh we know the Rockies. That was the team that was swept back in the 2007 World Series.
