Tonight - May 13 "Real Housewives of New York City"
It doesn't bother me that Real Housewives doesn't reflect reality for most of us. Anyone who thinks Reality TV is about realism clearly hasn't watched much Reality TV!
I get that its more interesting to have a "reality" show about deceitful, rich, former models who party on yachts and in mansions rather than "real housewives" from Des Moines who go to church, drink moderately and rent nice but affordable houses on STJ in the off-season
But hey---if you're rich, beautiful, deceitful and get to hang out on yachts, it seems like you ought to at least have a little more fun doing that kind of thing. I agree---the constant arguing is just a little too much. But I'll watch the next episode anyway, just for the train wreck.

As for the airport not being crowded-- my guess is they arrived on a private, chartered plane during a time when the bigger commercial flights weren't stacked up. But that's just a guess.
I've often wondered how these adventures were financed and what compensation these ladies get besides their 15 minutes of Fauxality Fame.
According to my reliable source (E!Online) here's the scoop: http://www.eonline.com/uberblog/ask_the ... _paid.html

*Another fine scatterbrained production

What a complete trainwreck of a "mean girls convention" this show is. Really, who acts like this??
It's obvious that Kelly is mentally ill and the other four girls are complete morons not to see that. They keep up their back stabbing banter until she completely cracks and falls off the wall like humpty dumpty did. Then they get scared that maybe they really broke her this time and maybe they can't put her back together again. Ever.
That aside, it's a shame that such beauty of the beaches and the villa is wasted on that group of completely undeserving rich women.
Kind of like that F. Scott Fitzgerald line where he wrote...the rich are different from you and me...to which Hemingway supposedly said...yes, they have money. Well, they certainly have no class and can't behave themselves in public (or private) very well. They are crazy and get to hide behind all their wealth.

Hoping for a USVI ticker in 2013!
