Hi Connie - Our family just got back last weekend from Disney. We stayed at the Polynesian this time but have also stayed at Wilderness Lodge. They are both great hotels. We stayed Concierge Lagoon view so had a view of Castle and saw the fireworks and boat show each night. If you are going with your 30 year old daughter the Epcot area might interest you more. You have access to all the restaurants right in Epcot. When we were there last week we checked out Yacht and Beach Club and both look very nice. We always go in January because we hate crowds. We hit the parks by 9:30 and then tend to come back early and relax at the pool or have a drink or two. Concierge was nice as it offers free breakfast, snacks, nighttime offerings, desserts and drinks. I received a 40% off code so that made our decision easy. If you sign up for mouseears.com they will send you a monthly letter with all kinds of discounts.

Thank you Hawaii for that information. Since it's so dead today, I'm going to go to that site and look around. (It's dead because of the stupid snow storm coming tonight)
