Mary Beth - I just looked at my receipts from Plaza Extra this past April - Ting was $1.27 a bottle. That was on STX but it should be about the same on STT.

With that:
Cruzan Voodoo Juice
Ingredients
1 oz Orange rum (Cruzan)
1 oz Banana rum (Cruzan)
1 oz Coconut rum (Cruzan)
1 oz Pineapple rum (Cruzan)
1 1/2 oz Cranberry juice
1 1/2 oz Orange juice
1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Dark rum (Cruzan)
Mixing Instruction
Pour over ice in a hurricane class. Float dark rum on top and serve.

Grown up pink lemonade
1 can lemonade concentrate, thawed
4 cups cold water
3 sliced lemons
25 mint sprigs
9 ounces vodka
Combine and let steep in fridge 2 hours
Amaretto margarita
3/4 cup sugar and same amount water combined and heated til sugar melts then cooled
1.5 cups fresh lime juice
1 cup tequila
1/2 cup amaretto
Combine all and shake over ice. Strain into glasses and garnish with sliced lime

the Ting at Pine Peace is like $23 for a case of 24 if I remember correctly... sounded like a bargain at the time.

Tang and as much Orange Rum as you can tolerate.
Add vanilla ice cream and blend and it's a Tang-O-Dream(sicle)!

2 oz (or more) coconut rum
1/2 tsp sugar
Shake on ice, strain & serve.
The perfect drink, Hemingway loved 'em.

It's surprisingly good!
I'm sad to report that is called the Daiquiri, (the original)they kinda stole the name & ruined it a bit with the current frozen concoctions.
I like the frozen ones but I think you know what I mean.
We need to rename it..

I am totally making that Hemingway drink tonight. Just one more thing I needed to know before I move to Key West and become the writer I was meant to be. (OK, I really shouldn't compare myself to Hemingway, but I'm pretty sure I could win a Pulitzer if I had an awesome writing studio in paradise like he did.)
