The food on the plates looks yummy too btw! I went to farmer's market this morning. I might have to grill the peaches I got, and make a similar salad to go with our mahi tonight. Yum!

here's a STJ inspired dinner.

This is a Ginger Peach Tea (STJ Spice) brined pork tenderloin with a peach balsamic sauce and grilled peaches.

We grilled a pork tenderloin last weekend with the Roasted Garlic chipotle sauce and CBGR - Yum!

So here is a major PITA dessert I made. I HATE dessert, especially anything chocolate. But this was for this cooking contest I am doing--it is basically a dark chocolate brownie-tarty crust topped with pastry cream and then bruleed bananas, bittersweet chocolate sauce and coconut ice cream.:
