We saw him last week crossing the street from Woody's. He looked absolutely emaciated.
Hopefully he's smiling in a better place...

That is very sad. When we were down a couple of weeks ago we saw him. The owners of Sailview told us that he had been diagnosed with esophageal cancer and wasn't receiving treatment. I also hope he is in a better place!

So it's true this time. I hope he is in a better place. He is one of my first STJ memories, a 20 year old memory now... Ruth had a great photo of him playing piano once, when he kind of "came to" for a brief moment.

It's not going to be the same not seeing Lindy next week. :cry:

I know he's in a better place, but I think we'll all miss him.
