Villa provisioning

I get the 20% but I don't get adding a "delivery fee" on top of that.
I've long thought that someone who is very organized (including the supermarkets themselves) could make a killing on villa provisioning, offering a more reasonable fee structure and basing the profit on the volume of orders rather than trying to charge out the nose for just a handful of people.
Please allow me to explain:
The delivery fee is based on the distance from Cruz Bay and most people avoid the double charge by getting their gourmet delivery that same day, usually upon arrival.
Although I'm sure it would make great money, the truth is that we only offer this as an added bonus to our clients to elevate our service level (some people do take advantage of our wholesale liquor and wine prices as well, which actually saves them money). We prefer to focus on our passion, which is cooking, catering, and customer satisfaction, rather than simply stocking fridges, which has no place for a creative outlet.
Thanks for providing a place for us to clarify!
PS - Our band Shoot for Tuesday is playing at the Beach Bar this Saturday (weather permitting) at 9 PM. Hope to see some of the forumites there.
