Nice work, Anthony. Two things I noticed off the bat (that, of course, have already been mentioned) is the URL not matching the header and the prices not being in USD.
Design wise, I think it looks good. It looks like beautiful jewelry, and web design 101 is when you have a great product, be simple-- it will speak for itself. Nice work. :)

Edited to say-- I like how the specials "rotate" when you refresh the page or navigate away and then back. Nice touch. :)

Very classy, I like it.

Spell check "jewelry". It's spelled 2 different ways incorrectly, but maybe that's a European thing I don't know about.

On the home page they talk about being in Palazzo Antellesi (see right), but the picture is not of the building (or is that a plaza?), but of their store. If the location is important, put the picture of it on there. Besides, if this is geared toward people who have been there but weren't ready to purchase at the time, a picture of the location will make them say "OH, yeah, that's the place!".

I think they might not want US dollars listed because of the fluctuations? If so, how about a link by the price that you can use to convert to dollars-linked to the dollar value at the time? It would have to come with a clear disclaimer, that the rate fluctuates and they will see the exact rate at checkout, or whatever.
