A woman (perfect stranger)dining near us at Zozo's two years ago summed it up perfectly for me. "When I am on St. John, I feel like butter". From then on, that is how I explained to non-St. John lovers why I keep coming back for more.

I am talking the butter that you leave out on the counter for days during a DC summer...

Like buttah you mean That pretty much sums it up!

Yo neighbor...Yep as I let the cat out this morning and she and I saw the white stuff falling, we both said the same thing..."get me otta here"...Its hurts when your cat turns and flipps you the finger. A wonderful report. Like you we are walking a path now that is a little shakey but we see the light at the end of the tunnel and look forward to our return to St John...God bless...Bill

The last part had me feeling like all the rest - a little teary eyed. Isn't it great that we have all found such an amazing place to escape to? I know I need it after reading the news or getting those phone calls from school!!
