Sherri! So glad to see you posting here! I've missed you since I don't go over to the other forum any more. I'd love to see more STT stuff on this board (I was just looking at Rockworks & Stone Cottage again the other day... I just love 'em!)sherri wrote:Give STT a chance! Since you haven't seen much of it, now is your chance! The North side of STT isn't all that different from STJ.
Popular Beaches are: Magen's, Coki, Secret Harbor and Sapphire, the latter two with less cruise ship people. Want to try something more local? Try Hull Bay, very quiet during the week. There is a beach bar that has great burgers and plenty to drink!
Regardless of what you decide to do, enjoy yourselves!![]()
It was nice to see Bluwater posting a week or so ago, too. You guys need to stick around here more often

Apprently, we're on island time when it comes to the pictures. The report is ready, but shopped yesterday and today we're headed to Chucky Cheese's (Yuck!) for granddaughter's birthday party.kygirl wrote:BTW, Where is the trip report?![]()

Maybe I'll get the pictures sorted, inserted, and everything posted tomorrow when I'm alone. How was the wedding and Talon? Is that the winery in Owen County? If so, I've heard it's very nice.

When the end of the world comes, I want to be in Kentucky, because everything there happens 20 years after it happens anywhere else. – Mark Twain
Hi California Girl,
Thanx for your kind words! I miss you and some others as well! I am having a hard time on this forum tho as I have dial up (hopefully soon to change), but I still do hang out on the other forum. In fact, I see most of the same people here that were over there before. Anywho, thought i would ck this out!
Connie is here now and will be coming by this a.m. to see Rockworks and to have a short visit! Lookin' forward to seein' her!
Hope all is well and Yes, if I am on this forum, you will hear more about STT as it has some of the same wonderful features that STJ has!
Take Care!

The wedding and reception were both nice. Talon is way out Tates Creek road. The sister of the bride is a caterer ... the food was wonderful!pjayer wrote:Apprently, we're on island time when it comes to the pictures.
