Bay House is Caribbean Villas. We are staying there with the kids in March. It's right above Cocoloba, but we don't need no-peeking privacy with the kids and being in the middle of things will help keep them amused. We'll also be able to walk to some of the Blues Fest events.

It is handled by three different agencies. Great Caribbean Getaways (that is who we rented from),
CV and someone else that I can't think of right now.

We rented through Viva! Villas. I found them very easy to work with.
And the views.... AMAZING. I could have sat on that deck all week long, communing with the geckos, and would have been a happy, content camper
