Who is the rental agent for Cielo Vista? Now I'm thinking about 2009 - eventhough EVERY YEAR FOR THE LAST 7 YEARS IT IS OUR LAST TIME ON ST. JOHN! Ha! Sure - I'll keep coming back until they have to carry me off the ferry and maybe after that!

I believe it is Carefree Getaways.

When we went in April of 2006 - we rented through Carefree Getaways. At the time, we were hoping to get Villa Capiz - but, it was booked for our dates of travel. And Cielo Vista had just become a new listing of theirs and the Carefree Getaways staff even liked it better than Capiz.

Truthfully, from what I have seen and read - I think that the only advantage that Villa Capiz might have over Cielo Vista is a larger pool.

It has been a long time since I read about Capiz - but, Cielo Vista is modern, gorgeous, private & truly was a wonderful place to stay.

Also, don't know if you can rent directly from the owners or not.

We're renting through Carefree Getaways also.

I originally picked Villa Capiz also, but the only week in October it was taken when I went to book was the only week in October we could go, so we went with Cielo Vista, and I'm sure that we will be just thrilled.

Hi all, We also rented cielo in 2006 & we loved it!!! we also toured capiz before that stay after they added the new pool which is gorgeous but realy fell in loved with cielo!! everything all on one level which we prefer. Met with the owners Nancy & Chris who were staying below & often are there, but they gave us our privacy we must say after talking to them a few times we felt like they were family!! They truly were warm, kind, & fun! they took us out to shipwreck's one evening... just lovely people! as for carefree it was a joy doing business with them ! Very accomodating... would use them & rent cielo again!! as we told Nancy & Chris, we LOVED the villa but do like to try others but will be back to thier's someday!! we have rented Miles Away thru destinatinst.john for next May & are looking forward to visiting Nancy & Chris! seeing these pics of cielo brings back great memories!!still have that view on our screensaver! just posted earlier on pg.2 did not read pg. 1 so please Augie when u get to cielo if Nancy & Chris r there give them a Big HELLO & a Hug from Joe & Rachelle (cleve.,ohio) Such Nice people we have e-mailed back & forth occasionaly & are looking forward to meeting up with them when we get there next May!
