Jay, How was Thanksgiving in the islands last year in terms of the traditional foods. Can you get turkey and things like that at grocery stores?? We are headed to St. Thomas as well for the week of thanksgiving and were wondering about cooking thanksgiving dinner

I hate to say it but I had seared tuna at The Mafolie for Thanksgiving Dinner last year. I am sure that you will be able to get traditional fare to cook if you want to go to the trouble. I also think the Toad and Tart has a thanksgiving dinner. I remember her posting something about it last year. If the regular grocery stores don't have it Gourmet Gallery probably will.

My guess is we will do the same as you did last year and eat out somewhere. We had a party of 5 going and now its down to just my wife and I. No sense in cooking for just the two of us!
