Would love to stay at Sago Palm; it is never available when we need it. Spellbound looks nice too....does it have a/c? I've started my search for villas....we are planning April or May & of course Sept. of 2008. This year we will be staying at Peace & Plenty...have any of you stayed there?

Knolmom, we are renting Cinnamon Stones in Catherineberg. I've previously rented Sago Palms and Le Chateau and I just love that North Shore view above all other (admittedly fantastic) views. Le Chateau, being at the top of that hill, probably has the most breathtaking view, but the reviews for Cinnamon Stones sound great. And we need the 3 bedrooms.

I am getting excited now because I just booked our tickets. Good to go after New Year's. yippee!

We'll meander over to Jost after STJ. We rented a little White Bay cottage last time, just my husband and me, and it was perfect.

We stayed at Sago Palms in 2006 and just loved it. And yes, it is 1 of the 2 homes on the hillside. Sago is to the right. When we were there, the villa to the left was empty and there was no construction. Total privacy. However, this year when we were on Denis Bay in June(where you can look up and see the villas) we could see and hear the construction going on in the Villa to the left of Sago. Not sure how it sounded from the villa, but I could hear it on Denis.
I would check on the construction factor and noise if thinking about renting.
Sago is def a place where you could just hang out at that pool all day long. As we did, and it looks directly down onto that incredible Hawksnest Estate. The road to Sago is long though...interesting drive at night!
