I'd love to offer, but we have a DVR that I don't know if we can transfer from. Sounds like Charlie's da man! :P

For anyone planning on recording this, I went to program it and noticed that it was two one-hour episodes in a row so don't forget to record both episodes!

Other than the really tough luck I am so JEALOUS. I want a trip to STJ! And a hat! And a Hoodie! What beach is that?

I should probably stop drinking the pinot now.

How incredibly exciting. We LOVE this show.
We only caught the end and can't wait to see the whole thing.
In case anyone is interested, here is information on Camp Heartland, featured in the show:

"Oatman-Gaitan Organizations
Camp Heartland is a national, nonprofit organization that makes a vital, lifelong difference for children impacted by HIV/AIDS through year-round support, advocacy, recreational programming and community AIDS awareness efforts. Camp Heartland believes every child deserves a warm and welcoming place within our world and offers a safe haven filled with unconditional love, acceptance and hope for children forever affected by the tragedy of AIDS. To learn more about Camp Heartland, please visit www.campheartland.org or call 1-888-724-HOPE (1-888-724-4673)."

Wow,I missed the show tonight. Ironically, I was working at an event for the International AIDS Candleight Memorial here in Baton Rouge, LA. I am a case manager for people with HIV/AIDS and we had a community 3 on 3 basketball tournament and candlelight vigil to create awareness for HIV/AIDS & to honor those who are lost by the disease. Would like to find out more about Camp Heartland for my clients.

Would love to see the show--I love St. John as well as hold a special place for those infected & affected by HIV/AIDS. Peace!

The mom was wearing a "Beaches of St. John" t-shirt at the end.

Thanks for giving us the heads-up, Ruth!

That was such a great episode - anyone know the yacht they were on?

Ruth - any chance the hats will be available on your website?

The group stayed on the Yacht Irie. I met the Captain and First Mate (Robert and Katia?) in the store.

I'll try to put the hats on the web site in the next few days, time permitting!

I'm posting this for Ruth :)

Last night her neice in the States was watching Extreme Home Makeover and had no idea that Ruth was watching the show, too. Ruth asked me if I'd post the picture for her, but the e-mail is so cute that I'm posting an excerpt from it as well. Here are the photo & e-mail from Ruth's neice, Mairead Ernst:

Hi Aunt Ruth,

I just wanted to write you a note that a hat from your store was on tonight's Extreme Home Makeover on ABC! I saw the bottom of the logo and kept waiting for a zoomed out shot of the woman wearing it to be sure, and then I saw it was your store after all and I started freaking out. How cool! Anyway, just wanted to let you know, though maybe I won't be the only one to mention it?

Hope this gets to you,
Mairead

P.S. Here's a photo of our TV with the featured hat! It's not very good, but still, evidence.
