Diana, vf is to left of second curve in road (not to be confused with the fork in the rd on gift hill) which is back to right, there's a cluster of crap on left, which in la, lower Alabama not to be confused with the city in southern calf, is often confused as a trailer park entrance. there's tree house, a storage building and a drive than hides viewtiful and the villa next dr owned and occupied by owners of private homes. once you pull down the drive you are in another world, nice landscaping and unbelievable privacy for 3 places so close together. upper sundeck almost hangs over centerline just before Maggie peak rd when going east bound. we drove up to brb this am on way (we were confuses and turned wrong way), and she's second drive to left (not counting how you get to the unfinished concrete blob started during WPA); same neighborhood just lower class neighbors down lower (of course that depends on occupants). breezes have been better that most hang-glider locations on lookout mountain,

leslie, yes the road's a hoot; maybe on par with upper end of king hill rd that comes out on centerline from coral bay just west of the smoothie stand. we will try it tomorrow (downhill not up because i'm not sure a stock wrangler can get on to centerline northwest bd). (Diana, if you don't know king hill by name that's the rd that looks like a straight powerline ROW going into coral bay by love city market in coral that is in direct line with brb and vf views to the left of island blues). also leslie if you heard noise from mamey peak area, it was someone else or us snoring.

now little promotion for our landlord, private homes for private vacations. viewtiful is a well equipped older villa like her current occupants. the Mary's who run phpv are real jewels (not sure they would appreciate being called Hoots, but mary e is), attentive and accommodating, but then they knew who they were dealing with when I 1st called and emailed about a "last minute" arrival", yes old last minute jerry (my non pen name). I was able to confirm to mary e on tues (7/2) that mack and I would be in town on 7/4 and leave a light on for us and she did ( but we got here before dark). the wife's would have found all they needed but would not have liked the bedrooms and pool (which mack & I have used to keep the extra beer cold) on lower level. nor would they have cared for the access as the villa was correctly advertised : ON A ROUGHLY PAVED ROAD. leslie, truth in advertising?

my forefingers are tired from pecking so all for today. maybe more tomorrow.
