Need Help Finding Villa(s) for Large Group (16)

I am thinking at least 6 -- 4 for adult couples and 2 for kids (assuming bunks/pullouts/etc).

How many bedrooms do you think you'll need?

A bunk type set-up or general higher-density kid overflow sleeping area isn't something you will find on STJ. Interior access bedrooms are also not the norm although the newer houses seem to be trending that direction.

There are few villas with over four bedrooms. Tennis and Great Expectations are two I was going to mention. There is one on Devers Bay, I can't remember the name, that is large but it is a pod type of set up.
