How many daily emails are too many?
You all have had great ideas and I appreciate them.
I'm headed to a conference for folks in my industry this next Mon and Tues and I can't wait to reconnect with them and how they are handling this same type of position.
We are unique and you all have this position in your school district. It's usually called a substitute coordinator or something similiar. We are responsible for getting all the subs for every position on a daily basis.
I have 200-300 absentee employees per day that require a sub. And do you remember having that many sub teachers in your education?
Next time your child/student has a sub, ask them how their day went. I will be interested to know.
