I would send out some emails to a few of the villa rental companies - describe your group, your requirements (e.g. A/C in bedrooms, pool, interior bedroom access etc.) and ask if there are any available on your dates that they would recommend for your group -- and ask if any are offering last minute discounts. You should get some good responses. FYI, Caribbean villas and Catered To list their last minute discounts by villa on their websites. The other agencies you have to email/call.
