I am a little shocked by the reactions of the media. If a man went after a woman with a golf club that is all we would hear about and the "transgression" or "unpacking" would be forgotten.

Am I wrong?

If I never hear the words Tiger--Mistress--text messages again it will make me very happy! I am so tired of hearing about him. I am not a fan.

Gina,

Thats because men and women are different and we think differently about there actions. I along with most men (I think) got a chuckle out of the fact that she beat the window in with a golf club. If it would have been the male doing the exact same thing I would have been apauled and thought less of him as a man.

Don't read this wrong. It is a horible situation and he commited a terrible act and for their childrens sake they should have handled it better. But it is entertaining.

I think he's lucky all she broke was the back window of his escalade. I like the way she works though, pre-nup renegotiation in the works.

I am not surprised a mega athlete had an affair, I am surprised he was so stupid about it.

You have to believe that the mistress who abruptly canceled her press conference yesterday is a rich woman today.

I don't know - I still think it is plausible that she used the club to break the window after he ran into the tree and passed out (even if he was in the car running away from her - he could have just been running away from an argument). If the doors were locked, she then smashed the window to get him out. Anybody?

Um, no. The guy has probably pulled out of his own driveway a thousand times. Why would he all of a sudden hit the hydrant? Answer...because a crazy woman was swinging a golf club at his car at the time.

Yes I should have expanded on that - what I am thinking is she chased him out of the house, and he is trying to pull away, and then crashes the car trying to avoid her. I am just wondering why everyone assumes she swung the clubs prior... I mean this is all just conjecture, who knows - but I don't think she necessarily hit the car first - she could have done so after the crash...

After my comment about going after him with a golf club- I guess it depends what she was going after.

I could totally see (and approve of) her running out there and beating the crap out of his car.

But not him. I still think the average mentally stable woman might find another way to get back at him instead of running after him with a weapon.

Like going for the $$$$$, which she will probably end up doing.

I might have gone after him with that golf club, but I am not saying I am mentally stable, either. (or particularly pleasant to be around).

I am nice to most people here because I don't have to live with you. 8)

Just a few of what's floating out in cyberspace:

What were Tiger Woods and his wife doing out at 2.30 in the morning?
They went clubbing

Tiger Woods crashed into a fire hydrant and a tree. He couldn't decide between a wood and an iron.

Ping just offered Elin Woods an endorsement contract pushing her own set of drivers. They said to be named Elin Woods..."clubs you can beat Tiger with."

Since Tiger drives an Escalade, can he blame the accident on his caddy?

Hello Mr. Woods this is the On Star operator, we have detected that an angry person has put a golf club through your window, we are contacting Nike for a replacement club.

What's the difference between a car and a golf ball? Tiger can drive a golf ball 400 yards and not hit anything.

This may be solved on Jerry Springer or Wall Street Week. It's hard to tell at this point.

The girlfriends will all be independently wealthy. The wife will be a multi-millionaire. The pre-nup will be scrapped. And Tiger (or should we call him Cheetah) will go into hiding for some months and then resume his career where he will win it all back.

There are different laws for those with money than there are for us.

DJMom predicted Mrs. Tiger will be going after the money. Did you hear that they went to re-negotiate their pre-nump??

And Pete has probably hit the nail on the nose and Tiger is paying the girlfriend who cancelled her press conference too. Quite the expensive affair, huh??

The rumors about Tiger and other women have been going on for years. His wife had to know that there were other women. But, he broke the number one rule in such "arrangements"...he made his wife look silly by allowing the most recent affair to become public.

We should probably get one thing straight...Tiger is a great golfer, but he has never been a nice guy.

I SO agree! I think Tiger Woods is a class-a jerk. I can't believe that his endorsements are going well.
