Any recent experience with Samuel's Cottages?

Curious as to how far a walk Samuel's cottages are to town.
The walk to Samuel is not too far from the ferry dock. It is up hill though.You would have to walk past the police station and the Dolfin mkt.and just about where the the road bends to the right The cottages sit.Parafins :D

Thanks. I have already walked past them then on my last trip (I walked up to Starfish).

Yup it's hilly there but reminds me of home.
