Dave - what time of year? I ask because one year we stayed right above Gibney and the water was so high, there was no beach for 5 of the 7 days. Worth knowing for a winter trip.

Iprof - It was the Seagrape house I was thinking of.

Hey PA...I think he's shooting for a trip yet this year. He should get some sweet deals.

We'll need to check in with Al Gore to see when those waters will be too high. I need a few more visits before Pia's place is beachfront.
