Love the pics you all are able to post. And great that the previous poster has stayed at both villas. Miles Away, as I had stated, is more upscale.
Re: the Sirenusa project on the way to Perelandra, when we were there in June, there was absolutely no activity or noise or cars or anything. And of course you can't see anything from the villa. Either they are completely done, or bankrupt as the rumors have it. But local posters may have more info. All I know is that it did not at all impact our stay in any way.
Really, it's going to come down to the particulars that are important to the original poster and perhaps the price. But again, this forum is so great with helpful people with practical experience. And more patience with the photo uploading process than I have!!!
That trip report awhile back with all the pictures--wow, was that great or what?
