Thank you for the welcome back and well wishes MBW, cypressgirl, Lysac and byado...it means a lot to me.
We have had a large time of it here of late, but are now back on track and we are trying to get in as much vacation as possible on one salary. I hope to book STJ maybe for May 2010 for our sons b-day. We'll see.

Ksea - let's plan it...I need two bedrooms...one for me and hubby and one for son and friend. How many do you need?
Oh...hubby, son & friend don't even know I am cooking this up. Ha!!
You know what I miss about this forum...other than ALL of you? FOOD PORN!!! I still take pictures of my dinners sometimes. My husband laughs at me. Hey, whatever makes us happy, right?

Hi Liamsaunt - I will post some once I start cooking again, I've been keeping up with yours, as also, you cook such delicious looking meals. This summer I am not cooking much, never do because all we eat is mainly squash, zukes', onions, tomatoes, corn...repeat and repeat and repeat. Ha!
