Con for this villa could be the drive. It's on the south shore past Fish Bay in Reef Bay - about 15-20 mins from Cruz Bay. However, you can walk to the beach and it has gorgeous views! The villa is older but has a pool and hot tub and did I mention spectacular views? You call also hike across Reef Bay to the Reef Bay trail - it's an interesting way to see the ruins without doing the steep downhill hike. We stayed here a couple of years ago with 2 couples and 2 singles. I remembered it as being a bit cheaper so maybe shop around to see if it's listed on other sites.
