Food on a stick recipe help
I've done grissini wrapped in proscuitto and you don't need anything to hold it in place. The proscuitto is sticky enough to stay securely wrapped on itself. Just wrap it around the top of the grissini and people can hold it like a lollipop. Here's a picture:
