Should we set the date for 7-14? I think it is OK with everyone.
Tracy and Marcia maybe you can start a new post about the date and we can get a rough number of those who will need rooms. Is there a good hotel near the lake where everyone could stay? Maybe you could reserve a block of rooms and then everyone could reserve their own room. Then later on that Saturday night we could party at the hotel!
