We have only stayed at Island Horizons and it was amazing. Awesome view. I would also look at waterlemon villa it is on the same road with same view.

We're staying at Anchorage Aweigh next trip.
It's on Seagrape Hill; not far from Reef Madness.
The owners (seagrape) are there now and putting in a pool.
