Dear Mike, I hope that you find the peace that you need, on your trip. We, too, had a traumatic year. We named our trip the Recovery Tour, and it did what it was supposed to!

I never sleep the night before we go. But that first night on The Rock is absofreakinlutely the best night's sleep I've had in months. You wake up, get out of bed, and as Bill Withers says, "and the world's alright with me"...you take a deep breath, exhale and the magic begins.
Have a helluva time Mike! I have no doubts that you will!!
