The only noise that we ever heard from neighbors (we rented Maria Breeze) was from Kismet. It was obvious they were having a wedding or party there. The DJ went on forever - but it was great! We had some nice music to listen to while sitting on the deck with the beverage o'the day.

kk, I don't think you'll have a big issue with noise. Other than Kismet and a residential house I believe that is next door, there shouldn't be too much of a noise risk. I did forget to mention that the covered verandah is fabulous and the highlight of the villa.

I think Soggydog is correct that Palm Hill is the empty lot between Villa Maria and Colibri in the upper left hand corner of the image. Now this is a spot for some potential noise both from neighbors and construction down below but oh what a view!

Here's a pic with a few more villas, including where Palm Hill Villa was built. Something I like to do with my spare time. :D
