When it comes to ribs, SLOW cooking is the only way to cook them properly.

I have an amazing rib recipe for the best babybacks you'll ever have, and they are incredibly simple. They just take a while to cook, maybe 3.5-4 hours.

Anyone who is interested in my recipe, just shoot me a PM, and I'll be glad to share it. Trust me, if you like "Fall off the Bone" ribs, you'll be very happy. 8)

We just had Uncle Joe's last week and they were average. The taste was very good and the portion sizes as mentioned were more than enough. But they were very fatty and didn't have much meat. I remember reading that someone on the board who is a butcher thought they were using a lesser quality of meat. I would agree based on previous trips.

Also, throughout the week, we never did see Joe. There was a younger man working the grill the whole time. Hope he is alright!

Glad someone else said it first...yeah, the ribs are OK...first couple of years we were like " yeah! these are great", but then last year my husband and I looked at each other and said " Are these really that great?" We both agreed that the chicken was better than the ribs. But in keeping the tradition, we will always get Uncle Joes every time we are there!
